P- 266 COPY <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> (International Materials, Inc.) <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section l. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on February 10, 2016, <br /> on the question of approval of the second amendment to the lease agreement hereinafter <br /> described and, pursuant to the provisions of Section 48a the Charter of the City of Redwood <br /> City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City does hereby approve that <br /> certain second amendment (the "Second Amendment") to the lease agreement entitled "Lease <br /> Agreement — International Materials, Inc." by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, acting by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners ("Landlord") and International Materials, Inc. ("Tenant"), approved by the <br /> Board of Port Commissioners and dated November 24, 2010, as modified by the First <br /> Amendment dated September 26, 2012 (the "Lease"), which Lease provides that the leased <br /> premises shall be used by Tenant during the term of the Lease for the purpose of storing, <br /> handling and distributing bulk materials such as bauxite, gypsum, slag and other such materials <br /> used in the manufacturing of cement all subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions therein <br /> contained, and which Second Amendment to said Lease provides for a description of the leased <br /> premises with a new exhibit, and further provides that Tenant shall comply with the terms and <br /> conditions of Environmental Restrictions, that the rent for the Rented Premises will be $11,800 <br /> per month, that the combined rent for the Leased Premises and the Rented Premises (as said <br /> terms are defined in the Lease) will be $Z1,000 and that Tenant will be responsible for <br /> o2n oii s � <br /> IMI <br /> FXS:fs Ga���+� <br /> S <br />
