P- 263 <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CASTANEDA � PEREZ, INC., DBA ESBRO <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on <br /> May 13, 2015, on the question of approval of the lease <br /> agreement hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 <br /> the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the <br /> City of Redwood City does hereby approve that certain lease agreement entitled <br /> "Lease Agreement (Castaneda & Perez, Inc.") (the "Lease AgreemenY') by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners ("Port") and Castaneda & Perez, Inc. ("Tenant"), which Lease <br /> Agreement provides that the premises which are subject to the Lease Agreement <br /> (the "Premises") shall be used for the purpose of receiving, storing and <br /> distributing packaged chlorine bleach and muriatic acid for swimming pool <br /> maintenance and incidental administrative facilities, and which Premises are <br /> referred to in the Lease Agreement as 111 Hinman Road and 101 Hinman Road, <br /> Redwood City, California, and depicted on Attachment "A," attached hereto, as <br /> said Premises are more fully described in the Lease Agreement.
