Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on <br /> December 23 , 2015, on the question of approval of the lease <br /> agreement hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 of <br /> the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the <br /> City of Redwood City does hereby approve that certain lease agreement entitled <br /> "Second Amended and Restated Lease Agreement Seaport Refining and <br /> Environmental, LLC)" (the "Lease Agreement") by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port") <br /> and Seaport Refining and Environmental, LLC ("Tenant"), which Lease <br /> Agreement provides that the premises which are subject to the Lease Agreement <br /> (the "Premises") are located at 679 Seaport Blvd., in the City of Redwood City, <br /> County of San Mateo, State of California, consisting of 2.3 acres (more or less) <br /> and all facilities located thereon, which Premises are generally described and <br /> depicted on Attachment "A" and Attachment "B", attached hereto, and shall be <br /> used for the receipt and distillation of pipeline interFace (aka "transmix"); the <br /> receipt, storage, processing and distribution of petroleum and petroleum <br /> products, and the shipping and terminal distribution of such products; receipt, <br /> Port � <br /> Seaport Refining <br /> 12/03/15;12/09/15 <br /> SC����d <br />
