<br /> 1 (o)ImD~D~ <br /> REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE PLACEMENT <br />AND OPERATION OF A BUilDING FOR STORAGE USE ON THE INTERSECTION <br />OF FULTON STREET AND HARRISON AVENUE <br /> (REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT) <br /> By action of the Council of the City of Redwood City approved on <br /> , 2004, permission is hereby granted to the Redwood City School <br />CSD) (hereinafter called "Permittee" located at 750 Bradford Street, Redwood <br />City, California, 94063), for a revocable encroachment permit for the placement and <br />operation of a Maintenance, Operation, and Transportation (MOT) Storage Building at <br />McKinley Institute of Technology, located at 400 Duane Street, situated in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and more particularly <br />described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein, for the sole purpose of installing, maintaining, and using a storage building, as <br />approved by the City. Permittee is to obtain a permit for construction within the City <br />public right-of-way now, and in the future for the MOT building construction and <br />replacement. <br />This permit is granted, subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />1. Occupancy: Permit Revocable. Subject to City's and Permittee's <br />respective right to revoke this permit as hereinafter specified, Permittee may occupy <br />and use the City Right-of-Way hereunder subject to the terms and conditions herein <br />'I <br />stated.
