ORIGI NAL <br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT TO USE SPACE <br /> (Former Sewage Treatment Plant Site) <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. J2t ¿Sof the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted )0- -50-(7 S'-- , 1995, <br />the City of Redwood City ("City") , hereby grants to FERMA <br />Corporation, ("Permittee" ) whose address is 1265 Montecito, #200, <br />Mountain View, California, 94042, permission to use the <br />hereinafter described space or area owned by City commencing upon <br />the date, for the monthly fee, and to be used for the purpose or <br />purposes hereinafter specified, and subject to all of the terms, <br />conditions and agreements hereinafter set forth: <br /> (a) The property permitted to be used hereunder is that <br /> certained fenced tract of land more particularly <br /> described as Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 91-10, which map <br /> was recorded in Volume 67 of Maps at pages 26 and 27 <br /> (formerly occupied by City,'s wastewater treatment <br /> plant) located in the vicinity of the northeasterly <br /> terminus of Maple Street in the City of Redwood City, <br /> California (the "Subject Premises") . <br /> (b) Use of the Subject Premises shall commence upon <br /> November 1, 1995, on a month-to-month basis, terminable <br /> pursuant to paragraph 2 hereinafter. <br /> (c) The monthly permit fee payable hereunder is One <br /> Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) , payable in advance on or <br /> before the first day of each month during which this <br /> permit remains in effect. <br /> (d) The specific portion or portions of the Subject <br /> Premises to be used by Permittee hereunder shall be <br /> designated by, and at such location or locations, as <br /> City's City Engineer shall determine as adequate and <br /> sufficient for the purposes for which the Subject <br /> Premises is occupied and subject to City's right to <br /> relocate Permittee's equipment pursuant to paragraph 3 <br /> hereof; provided, further, that in no event shall <br /> Permittee occupy or use any portion of the Subject <br /> Premises designated by said City Engineer as wetlands <br /> and/or excluded from use by fencing. <br />- T ._.._..... ,_·..._~_·H ,......,.-......-.,.
