ORIGI NAL GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT TO USE SPACE (Former Sewage Treatment Plant Site) Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. J2t ¿Sof the Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted )0- -50-(7 S'-- , 1995, the City of Redwood City ("City") , hereby grants to FERMA Corporation, ("Permittee" ) whose address is 1265 Montecito, #200, Mountain View, California, 94042, permission to use the hereinafter described space or area owned by City commencing upon the date, for the monthly fee, and to be used for the purpose or purposes hereinafter specified, and subject to all of the terms, conditions and agreements hereinafter set forth: (a) The property permitted to be used hereunder is that certained fenced tract of land more particularly described as Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 91-10, which map was recorded in Volume 67 of Maps at pages 26 and 27 (formerly occupied by City,'s wastewater treatment plant) located in the vicinity of the northeasterly terminus of Maple Street in the City of Redwood City, California (the "Subject Premises") . (b) Use of the Subject Premises shall commence upon November 1, 1995, on a month-to-month basis, terminable pursuant to paragraph 2 hereinafter. (c) The monthly permit fee payable hereunder is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) , payable in advance on or before the first day of each month during which this permit remains in effect. (d) The specific portion or portions of the Subject Premises to be used by Permittee hereunder shall be designated by, and at such location or locations, as City's City Engineer shall determine as adequate and sufficient for the purposes for which the Subject Premises is occupied and subject to City's right to relocate Permittee's equipment pursuant to paragraph 3 hereof; provided, further, that in no event shall Permittee occupy or use any portion of the Subject Premises designated by said City Engineer as wetlands and/or excluded from use by fencing. - T ._.._..... ,_·..._~_·H ,......,.-......-.,.
