Mangini Golden Gate Railroad Museum PO Box 3315 Redwood City, CA 94064 Dear Mr. Mangini, The City Council on June 12, 1995, has authorized me to issue this letter permitting the Golden Gate Railroad Museum to conduct the display of locomotive #2472 and several vintage railroad cars in Redwood City, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein (Resolution 12488). The permission is granted to Golden Gate Railroad Museum, hereinafter called "Permittee", by the City of Redwood City, hereinafter called "City". This letter permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. EVENT: The event shall be sponsored by and conducted by the Permittee. 2. REVOCATION: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of Redwood City. 3. NON-TRANSFERABILITY: This permit is non-transferable. 4. EVENT CONTROL: Those portions of the event taking place in the public right-of-way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that area designated by the Chief of Police. If the Chief of Police determines that the provision of police officers is required for the control of traffic in connection with said event, permittee agrees to reimburse the City for the costs of the officers. 5.
