<br /> SEP 0 1 1995 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 8/16/95 <br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> 20,000 SQUARE FOOT CONSTRUCTION STORAGE YARD <br /> ON THE EAST SIDE OF SANDPIPER PARK <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. J:¿S9 S- of the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted 11{)usf ;;;..Y' , 1995, <br />permission is hereby granted to Greystone Homes, Inc., 920 Hillview Court, <br />Suite 280, Milpitas, California 95035, ("Permittee"), to occupy and use a <br />portion of the property located within Sandpiper Park, Sandpiper <br />Subdivision, Redwood Shores, ("Subject Premises"), consisting of <br />approximately 20,000 square feet, owned by the City of Redwood City ("City"), <br />which real property is described on Exhibit "A" and depicted on Exhibit "AI" <br />hereof, attached hereto by this reference incorporated herein, for the sole <br />purpose of using the Subject Premises as a Construction Storage Yard. Said <br />Construction Storage Yard is proposed to be constructed along with the <br />subdivision and development of Stratford Bay, an approved single-family <br />residential subdivision adjacent to the east of Sandpiper Park. <br />This permit is granted subject to the following terms and conditions. <br />1. COMPENSATION. Permittee shall pay City, upon approval of <br />this Permit by the City, the sum of $2,500.00, and payable in advance for the <br />five (5) month period. <br />2. TERM. Permittee understands that this Permit is revocable at <br />anytime by City upon proper notice, as set forth below, and that the intent of <br />the parties is to limit this Permit to a period not to exceed five (5) months. <br />3. OCCUPANCY; PERMIT REVOCABLE. Subject to City's right to <br />revoke this permit as thereinafter specified, Permittee may occupy and use <br />the Subject Premises hereunder subject to the terms and conditions <br />hereinafter stated.
