Port of Redwood City--Fifth Annual "RUN BY THE BAY" & City Council Resolution #12447 Dear Mr. Ward, The City Council on April 1 0, 1995, has authorized me to issue this letter permitting Sequoia Hospital and the Port of Redwood City to conduct the "RUN BY THE BAY" in Redwood City, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. The permission herein is granted to Sequoia Hospital and the Port of Redwood City (hereinafter called "Permittee") to conduct the "RUN BY THE BAY". This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Name of Event: The "RUN BY THE BAY" shall be sponsored and conducted by the Permittee. 2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of Redwood City. 3. Non-transferabilitv: This permit is nontransferable. 4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on Seaport Blvd. and on the grounds of the Port of Redwood City. Please refer to the attached map, (EXHIBIT "A") 5. Date and Time: The "RUN BY THE BAY" shall be conducted on Sunday, June 11, 1995 with a set-up time of 6:00 AM. The event will begin at 8:15 AM. and the event will end and the course will be completely cleared by 11 :30 A.M. 6. Course Control: Those portions of the "RUN BY THE BAY" taking place in the public right of way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that area designated by the Chief of Police.
