<br />ORIGINAL <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT <br /> PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> UNDERGROUND CONDUITS WITH ELECTRICAL <br /> LINES <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 130 I 0 of the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City, adopted ~, 1997_. permission is <br />hereby granted to Oracle Corporation (hereinafter called "Permittee"), to <br />construct underground conduits with electrical lines on dedicated or granted City <br />right-of-way within that certain real property located on (1) Oracle Parkway and <br />(2) Marine Parkway, (hereinafter called the "Subject Premises") situated in the <br />City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly <br />described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br />This permit is granted, subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />1. Permit Revocable. This permit does not constitute a deed, grant ot <br />easement, lease, conveyance or transfer of any property interest and is <br />revocable without cause at any time at the will of the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City, effective immediately upon giving notice of such revocation to <br />Permittee. <br />2. Improvement. Permittee shall maintain, keep in repair, and/or <br />reconstruct as necessary, as further provided herein, the underground conduits <br />with electrical lines as constructed within the public right-ot-way and easement <br />and described in Exhibits "A" and "B." <br /> ...- _,_,..M.__..'._ ,_ ..._.-.,._.._."..._............".._......_ <br />
