That the public work above referred to is the following: CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBER AUDIONISUAL SYSTEM That the name and address of the owner of the aforesaid public work is the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, P.O. Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work installed is the following: new LCD video projector; installation of the presenter timer at the public podium; wiring changes to allow the public podium to be located where it is now, without cables on the floor; a broadcast production system, including remote-controlled cameras and a console; an upgrade to the control system, which will make the system easier to operate, and individual monitors for staff and Council members. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is installed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: City Hall Council Chamber located at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California.
