That the public work above referred to is the following: IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 95-1 LOCATED AT 401-595 BROADWAY (Ampex Site) That the name and address of the owner of the aforesaid public work is the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, P.O. Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is all associated street and sidewalk improvements in the public right-ot-way. ~ That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: '" Parcel Map No. 95-1 recorded in Volume 68 ot Parcel Maps at Page 88-90, inclusive, San Mateo County Records; area bounded by Douglas Avenue, Bay Road, Second Avenue, and Bayshore Freeway (U.S. Hwy. 101); and included a section ot Broadway from Douglas Avenue and Second Avenue.
