The aforementioned detached accessory building shall not be used as an accessory <br /> dwelling unit in accordance with Article 37 (Accessory Dwellings) of the City of Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1130), as said Article may be amended from time to <br /> time. <br />2.
