<br />TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
<br />
<br />CARGILL, INCORPORATED, a Delaware Corporation,* hereinafter caIled Grantor, hereby
<br />grants to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation, herein referred to as
<br />Grantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement within that certain real
<br />property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State 'of California, described
<br />as Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Said temporary construction
<br />easement is specificaIly limited to assist in the construction of the extension of East Bayshore
<br />Road and only permits grading within said easement area to provide for the necessary lateral
<br />support of the new roadway and to also provide for proper drainage from the adjacent lands of
<br />Cargill, Incorporated to drainage facilities to be constructed within said roadway extension. This
<br />temporary construction easement shaIl terminate and have no further effect upon the acceptance
<br />on behalf of the public of said roadway improvements by the City Council of the City of Redwood
<br />City, but in no event not later than June 30, 200l.
