PUTNAM and ANNE M. PUTNAM as co-trustees of the Martin J. <br />Putnam and Anne M. Putnam 1991 Trust under Agreement dated February 20, 1991 dba <br />Putnam Lexus ("Putnam Lexus") and QUADKIDS, LLC, a California limited liability company <br />dba Putnam Jaguar ("Putnam Jaguar") have entered into a reciprocal easement agreement (the <br />"Agreement") to be effective as of the 9th day of February 2004. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Putnam Lexus is the fee owner of that certain real property commonly <br />known as 390 Convention Way, Redwood City, California, APN 052-401-120, as more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference <br />(the "Putnam Lexus Property"). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Putnam Jaguar is the fee owner of that certain real property commonly <br />known as 400 Convention Way, Redwood City, California, APN 052-401-150, as more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference <br />(the "Putnam Jaguar Property"). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Putnam Lexus and Putnam Jaguar (collectively referred to herein as the <br />"Parties") plan to construct a Parking Structure on the land between the existing building of <br />Putnam Jaguar and the existing building of Putnam Lexus (the "Easements Area"), as more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "C," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br />G: Isha redls h a redlRedwoodlcou n ci I <br />Deed-OO2 <br />
