Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed is the rehabilitation of existing pump stations #1 and #3, including pump replacement, electrical work, and wet well improvements. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Sewer Pump Station #1 on Marine Parkway and Twin Dolphin Drive, and Sewer Pump Station #3 on Trident Drive and Bark Drive, in the Redwood City.
