<br />ORIGINAL <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT TO REDWOOD CITY CHILD DEVELOPMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR INSTALLATION OF PLAYGROUND STRUCTURE AT <br />FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. ~ of the Council of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, adopted <br /> <br />~~~{ <br /> <br />d?- <br /> <br />, 1999, permission is hereby <br /> <br />granted to REDWOOD CITY CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (hereinafter referred <br /> <br />to as "Permittee"), to install a playground structure at the Fair Oaks Community Center, <br /> <br />2600 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, 94063 within the area described in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated by this reference (hereinafter referred to <br /> <br />as "Subject Premises"), owned by the City of Redwood City (hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"City"), to enhance the use of portions at said property as a child care center. <br /> <br />This permit is granted subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1 PERMIT REVOCABLE. This permit does not constitute a deed, grant of <br /> <br />easement, lease, conveyance or -transfer of any property interest and is revocable <br /> <br />without cause at any time at the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />effective immediately upon giving thirty (30) days prior notice of such revocation to <br /> <br />Permittee at Redwood City Child Development, Corp., 2600 Middlefield Road, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, 94063. <br /> <br />2. CITY RIGHTS. City reserves the right to have unlimited access to the <br /> <br />Subject Premises or any part thereof for any municipal or public purpose.
