It <br /> <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br />FOR INSTALLATION OF A FENCE <br />(Philip Martin, 1339 Recreation Way) <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provision of Resolution No. 13fA1 of the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City, adoPted~' 1999, permission is hereby <br />granted to Philip Martin, 1339 Recreation Way, Redwood City, California <br /> <br />("Permittee"), to occupy and use a portion of that certain property located within <br /> <br />Stulsaft Park (the "Premises") owned by the City of Redwood City ("City"), which <br /> <br />real property is described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein, for the sole purpose of constructing, using, and <br /> <br />maintaining a fence and maintaining and using the area enclosed by the fence <br /> <br />for a garden. Said fence is depicted in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />This permit is granted subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Occupancy: Permit Revocable. Permittee may occupy and use the <br /> <br />Premises, hereunder subject to the terms and conditions herein, and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Permittee agrees to replace the existing fence <br /> <br />within sixty (60) days of the date of issuance of a permit by City.
