<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br />FOR <br />(HERKNER SWIM POOL) <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provision of Resolution No. I!ØÂ:1of the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City, adoPted~' 2000, permission is hereby <br />granted to the Sequoia High School District, ("Permittee"), to use certain <br /> <br />facilities at the property known as 1315 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, and also known as the Herkner Swim Pool (the "Facilities"), owned by <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City ("City"), under the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> <br />This revocable permit (the "Permit") is granted subject to the following <br /> <br />terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Use: Services. <br /> <br />(a) Permittee's Duties: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Permittee shall have the exclusive use of the Facilities from <br /> <br />February 7 to May 12, 2000. <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />Permittee shall staff the Facilities with Sequoia High School <br /> <br />approved coaches, as determined by the Director of Parks and Recreation. <br /> <br />(iii) <br /> <br />Permittee shall be responsible for opening and closing the <br /> <br />Facilities. <br /> <br />(iv) <br /> <br />Permittee shall be responsible for cleaning the Facilities and <br /> <br />providing all supplies in connection therewith. <br /> <br />(v) <br /> <br />Permittee shall pay for all utilities and staff maintenance overtime <br /> <br />for the building in which the swimming pool is located upon presentation of an <br /> <br />invoice by the City.
