The permission herein is granted to the Downtown Business Group (hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Name of Event: The "Tis The Season Children's Holiday Parade" shall be sponsored and conducted by the Permittee. 2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of Redwood City. 3. Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. 4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted in downtown Redwood City within the Broadway Mall. The parade will stage on Broadway between Winslow Street and Hamilton Street, and on Hamilton Street between Winslow Street and Marshall Street. The parade will commence on Broadway from Hamilton to Jefferson, right onto Jefferson, left onto Middlefield Road, and conclude on Middlefield Road between Jefferson and Main. Following the parade, a short celebration will take place outside City Hall.
