This event is not an annual event. <br /> <br />The permission herein granted is to Excite@Home (hereinafter for convenience <br />called "Permittee") by the City of Redwood City (hereinafter called the "City"). This <br />permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Name of Event: The Excite@Home company meeting and celebration <br />shall be sponsored and conducted by the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Non-Transferability : <br /> <br />This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on <br />Broadway between Douglas Avenue and Second Avenue. Vehicular <br />traffic on Broadway will be prohibited. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Dates and Time: The event shall be conducted on July 28, 2000, <br />between 12:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Broadway will be closed to vehicular <br />traffic between 4:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Course Control: Those portions of the event taking place in the public <br />right-of-way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that area <br />designated by the Chief of Police. Should the Chief of Police determine <br />that the provision of police officers is required for the control of traffic in <br />connection with said event, Permittee agrees to reimburse the City for <br />costs associated with the event. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
