0REiINAL <br /> <br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> FOR ENCROACHMENT AND USE OF A PORTION OF PORTSIDE PARK <br /> (Stanford Rowing and Paddling) <br /> <br /> Permission is hereby granted to Stanford Rowing and Paddling; c/o Craig <br />Amerkhanian, Department of Athletics, Stanford University, Ford Center, Stanford CA <br />94305-6150 ("Permittee"), to occupy and use a portion of that certain property located <br />within Portside Park (the "Premises") owned by the City of Redwood City ("City"), which <br />real property generally begins from the face of the south Bridge abutment <br />approximately 32.5 feet each side of the centerline of Bridge Parkway out a distance <br />not to exceed 55 feet, for the sole purpose of constructing a wooden fence and using <br />and maintaining an area enclosed by the fence for the storage of rowing boats and <br />related equipment. Said fence and area are depicted in Exhibit "A,' attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. Said fence shall be constructed no closer <br />than eight (8) feet to the support structure of the bridge. Said use shall not include the <br />use or storage of flammable materials. <br /> <br /> This permit is granted subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Occupancy; Permit Revocable. Permittee may occupy and use the <br />Premises hereunder, subject to the terms and conditions herein, and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. Permittee agrees to obtain all required permits and construct said <br />fence within sixty (60) days of the date of issuance of a building permit by City.
