We, Mozad, LP. a California limited partnership, and each one of us, hereby grant to the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, the right of way dedication in, on, upon, under, over and across, the property described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated by this reference and depicted on Exhibit "C", attached hereto.
