ORIGINAL REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE PLACEMENT OF A DECORATIVE UP-LIGHTING SYSTEM IN THE SIDEWALK OF PUBLIC STREETS IN REDWOOD CITY (Fox Theatre Block comprised of the 2200 block of Broadway and the 800 blocks of Hamilton Street and Middlefield Road) By action of the Council of the City of Redwood City approved on ð /JJ-4)1 , 2006, permission is hereby granted to John Anagnostou (hereinafter called "Permittee" located at 2219 Broadway, Redwood City, California, 94063), for a revocable encroachment permit for the placement of a private decorative u-lighting system in the sidewalk and within a 2-foot wide strip encroachment area, in the public right-of-way of Broadway, Hamilton Street and Middlefield Road, situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated herein, as approved by the City. Permittee is to obtain a permit for construction within the City public right-of- way now and in the future for all maintenance, operation and replacement work. This permit is granted, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Occupancy: Permit Revocable. Subject to City's and Permittee's respective right to revoke this permit as hereinafter specified, Permittee may occupy and use the City Right-of-Way hereunder subject to the terms and conditions herein stated. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this permit does not constitute a deed, grant of easement, lease, conveyance, or transfer of any property interest, and is revocable without cause at any time at the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City, effective upon giving not less than ninety (90) days' prior written notice of such revocation Atty/Permits/2006.019 032406
