Tax exempt effective November 10, 1969 RELINQUISHMENT AND VACATION OF EMERGENCY ACCESS, INGRESS, EGRESS, PUBLIC SERVICE AND STORM DRAIN EASEMENTS AND RELINQUISHMENT OF PORTION OF NON-ACCESS LINE For a valuable consideration, the City of Redwood City, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California, ("City"), hereby relinquishes and vacates its interest in the Emergency Access Easement described in Exhibit "A" and generally depicted on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, and the Ingress-Egress Easement and Public Service Easement, described on Exhibit "c" and generally depicted on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. City further relinquishes and vacates its interest in a storm drain easement, described on Exhibit "0" and generally depicted on Exhibit "E," attached hereto and incorporated by reference. City further relinquishes a portion of the Non-Access Line along the westerly boundary of Parcel B, as shown on Parcel Map 92-7, as described in Exhibit "F," and generally depicted on Exhibit "G," attached hereto and incorporated by this reference.
