<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE PLACEMENT, <br />OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF A HEATING I COOLING CONDENSER AND <br />ASSOCIATED COMPONENTS ON THE CITY'S EASEMENT PER THE COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY FOR PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORIC COUNTY COURTHOUSE <br />BLOCK, REMOVAL OF THE SOUTH ANNEX, RECONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />COURTHOUSE FACADE AND CREATION OF A COURTHOUSE PLAZA, AND GRANT <br />OF EASEMENT AND LICENSE <br /> <br />(SAN MATEO COUNTY HISTORY MUSEUM) <br /> <br />By action of the Council of the City of Redwood City located at 1017 <br /> <br />Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California 94063 ("City"), approved on <br />a.772A'E~ /C!, 2006, permission is hereby granted to the San Mateo County History <br /> <br />Museum (hereinafter called "Permittee" located at 777 Hamilton Street, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, 94063), for a revocable encroachment permit for the installation, operation <br /> <br />and maintenance of a heating I cooling condenser unit, concrete base pad, and <br /> <br />concrete base for the condenser unit refrigerant pipe support on a 39 square feet area <br /> <br />located on the southeast section of the County Courthouse building exterior, and more <br /> <br />particularly depicted in Exhibit "A" with a legal description in Exhibit "B," attached hereto <br /> <br />and incorporated herein, for the sole purpose of installing, operating, and maintaining a <br /> <br />condenser, as approved by the City. <br /> <br />This permit is granted, subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Occupancy: Permit Revocable. Subject to City's and Permittee's <br /> <br />respective right to revoke this permit as hereinafter specified, Permittee may occupy <br /> <br />and use a portion of the City's easement area hereunder subject to the terms and <br /> <br />conditions herein stated.
