Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed is the restoration of the historic Courthouse structure, and construction of a new public square. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Reconstruction of the historic Courthouse facade and restoration of the structure to its original design, and construction of a new Courthouse square including two new pavilions with fountains in the City of Redwood City.
