The City reserves the right to pursue any and all remedies at law and in equity against the <br />owner, or any successor in protest, in the event that the accessory building is used as habitable <br />space. This detached accessory building shall not be heated, or plumbed or used for living <br />purposes, but shall be used as a garage for the purpose of parking an automotive vehicle(s) on <br />the ground floor and for the purpose of storage on the second floor per submitted plans. <br /> <br />2. Minor modifications as determined by the Zoning Administrator may be permitted if it is <br />demonstrated that such modifications are necessary in order to comply with Department of <br />Building & Inspection requirements. <br /> <br />3.
