The grantor is LIA ZEE MARIE, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN AND KERRY L. ROBISHAW, AN <br />UNMARRIED WOMAN, ("Borrower"). The trustee is THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, A REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ("Trustee"). <br />The beneficiary is the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, organized and <br />existing under the State of California, and whose address is 2010 Broadway, Suite 200, Redwood <br />City, CA 94064, the ("Lender"T. Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of NINE THOUSAND <br />THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE AND N0/100THS - Dollars (U. S. Dollars $ 9,323.00) This <br />debt is evidenced by Borrower's promissory note dated the same date as this Security Instrument <br />("Note"). <br />The Note provides for monthly payment of the principal amount of the Note, until the entire <br />principal amount is paid in full.
