The City reserves the right to pursue any and all remedies at law and in equity against <br />the owner, or any successor in protest, in the event that any construction on the property <br />or addition to the residence encroaches into the required setback without the approval of <br />the Planning, Housing and Economic Development Department. <br /> <br />2.
