P- 242 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE <br />AGREEMENT WITH BASIC CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS LLC. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on <br /> <br />June 9, <br /> <br />, 2010, on the question of approval of the First <br /> <br />Amendment to Lease hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of <br /> <br />Section 48 the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port <br /> <br />Commissioners of the City of Redwood City does hereby approve that certain <br /> <br />First Amendment to Lease entitled "First Amendment to Lease Agreement - <br /> <br />Basic Chemical Solutions LLC." (the "First Amendment") by and between the <br /> <br />City of Red.wood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners <br /> <br />("Port") and Basic Chemical Solutions LLC. ("Tenant"), which First Amendment <br /> <br />provides that the term of the existing lease is extended for one (1) year and <br /> <br />grants Basic Chemical Solutions LLC two (2) additional one (1) year options to <br /> <br />extend the term of the existing lease. The First Amendment further provides for a <br /> <br />rent increase for each year. <br /> <br />Section 2. The President and Secretary of the Board of Port <br /> <br />Commissioners of the City of Redwood City are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute the aforesaid Lease Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners. <br /> <br />Port <br />BCS First Amend <br />06/09/2010 <br /> <br />1 <br />
