<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND UNDERGROUND CONDUITS <br /> <br />KAISER PERMANENTE <br /> <br />By action of the Council of the City of Redwood City approved on ~6 <br /> <br />2010, permission is hereby granted to Kaiser Permanente (hereinafter called <br /> <br />"Permittee" located at 1150 Veterans Boulevard Redwood City, California, 94063), for <br /> <br />a revocable encroachment permit for construction of improvements and underground <br /> <br />conduits in the public right-of-way of Marshall Court, situated in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and more particularly described in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> <br />reference. Permittee to obtain a permit for construction within the City public right-of- <br /> <br />way now and in the future for all maintenance, operation and replacement work. <br /> <br />This permit is granted, subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Occupancy: Permit Revocable. Subject to City's and Permittee's respective <br /> <br />right to revoke this permit as hereinafter specified, Permittee may occupy and use the <br /> <br />City Right-of-Way hereunder subject to the terms and conditions herein stated. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, this permit does not constitute a deed, grant of <br /> <br />easement, lease, conveyance, or transfer of any property interest, and is revocable <br /> <br />without cause at any time at the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City, effective <br /> <br />upon giving not less than ninety (90) days prior written notice of such revocation <br /> <br />addressed to Permittee at the address set forth above, and mailed or delivered to <br /> <br />Permittee at said address. <br /> <br />A TTY/AGR/201 0.042 <br />051110 <br /> <br />1 <br />
