P - 246 <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CLEAN HARBORS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held <br /> April 13, 2011, an the - question_ of approvai_-of - the lease <br /> agreement hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 <br /> the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the <br /> City of Redwood City does hereby approve that certain lease agreement entitled <br /> "Lease Agreement — Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc." (the "Lease <br /> Agreement ") by and between the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its <br /> Board of Port Commissioners ( "Port") and Clean Harbors Environmental <br /> Services, Inc. ( "Tenant "), which Lease Agreement provides that the premises <br /> which are subject to the Lease Agreement (the "Premises ") are located at 695 <br /> Seaport Blvd., in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br /> California, consisting of 0.87 acre (38,020.71 square feet more or less), which <br /> Premises are generally described and depicted on Attachment "A," attached <br /> hereto, and shall be used for the purpose of transferring industrial materials <br /> (products and hazardous waste materials, as authorized by the Department of <br /> Toxic Substances Control ( "DTSC ")) to or from trucks owned by Tenant and <br /> operated by Tenant's employees to or from Rail Cars.
