REG: /15/64 -7 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. //grJ <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.2.2 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130, <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING PROPERTY <br /> IN THE VICINITY OF WOODSIDE ROAD AND KENTFIELD AVENUE <br /> TO THE CP (COMMERCIAL PARK) ZONING DISTRICT AND THE <br /> R -3 (MULTI- FAMILY - LOW DENSITY) ZONING DISTRICT <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.2.2 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.2.2 (a) The following described real <br /> property, situate in the vicinity of Woodside Road and <br /> Kentfield Avenue, is, pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, <br /> hereby zoned to the CP (Commercial Park) zoning diStrict: <br /> "A portion of Lots 11 and 12, Tract 523, Subdivi- <br /> sion of Portion of the Horgan Ranch, as shown <br /> at Book 23 of Maps, page 40, San Mateo County <br /> Recorder's office, more particularly described <br /> as follows: <br /> "The westerly 125 feet of Lot 11 and the westerly <br /> 125 feet of the northerly one -half of Lot 12. <br /> "(b) The following described real property, situate <br /> in the vicinity of Woodside Road and Kentfield Avenue, <br /> is, pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, hereby zoned <br /> to the R -3 (Multi - Family - Low Density) zoning district: <br /> "A portion of Lots 11 and 12, Tract 523, Subdivi- <br /> sion of Portion of the Horgan Ranch, as shown <br /> at Book 23 of Maps, page 40, San Mateo County <br /> Recorder's office, more particularly described <br /> as follows: <br /> The easterly 75 feet of Lot 11, the easterly <br /> 75 feet of the northerly one -half of Lot 12 and <br /> the southerly one -half of Lot 12." <br /> SECTION 2.
