REG:yc:7 /15/64 -7 <br /> O R D I N A N C E NO. / /30 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.2.1 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130, <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING PROPERTY <br /> IN THE VICINITY OF UPLAND ROAD AND HILLCREST DRIVE <br /> TO THE R -H (RESIDENTIAL- HILLSIDE) ZONING DISTRICT <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.2.1 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.2.1 The following described real property, <br /> situate in the vicinity of Upland Road and Hillcrest Drive, <br /> is, pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, hereby zoned <br /> to the R -H (Residential- Hillside) zoning district: <br /> "A portion of Lot 1, Block 24, a portion of Hillcrest <br /> Drive, and a portion of Upland Road as said lot, <br /> block and streets are designated on that map en- <br /> titled 'Oak Knoll Manor,' recorded May 10, 1916, <br /> in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, <br /> California, in Book 10 of Maps at pages 4 to 11, <br /> inclusive, being more particularly described <br /> as follows: <br /> "BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Lot 9 <br /> in Block 18 of above- mentioned subdivision, said <br /> corner being in the northeasterly line of Hillcrest <br /> Drive, 40.00 feet in width, said corner also being <br /> an angle point in the corporate limit line of the <br /> City of Redwood City as established by Ordinance <br /> No. 753 dated December 7, 1953; THENCE South 45 <br /> 08' 30" West across said Hillcrest Drive and along <br /> said corporate limit line a distance of 41.10 feet <br /> to the southwesterly line of said Hillcrest Drive; <br /> THENCE North 31 35' West along said southwesterly <br /> line of Hillcrest Drive a distance of 40.00 feet; <br /> THENCE South 45 08' 30" West a distance of 53.06 <br /> feet; THENCE North 69 36' West a distance of <br /> 174.41 feet to the centerline of Upland Road, <br /> 40.00 feet in width, said centerline being a <br /> curve of radius 71.140 feet, a radial line to said <br /> point bears North 87 01' 09" East; THENCE, north- <br /> erly along said curve and centerline of Upland <br /> Road, concave left, through a central angle of <br /> 7 29' 51" an arc length of 9.57 feet to a point <br /> of reverse curvature, said point of reverse curva- <br /> ture being the beginning of a curve of radius <br /> 573.14 feet, a radial line to said point bears <br />
