A • REg;9/30/64 -7 O R D I N A N C E N O. 1130.4 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 18.2 AND 18.4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATING TO USES PERMITTED IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 18.2 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 18.2 Permitted Uses. The following struc- tures and uses are permitted in the IP District: (a) Administrative offices. (b) Research, experimental, film or testing laboratories. (c) Manufacture of precision instruments and devices, such as electric and electronic equipment and appliances. (d) Printing, publishing or lithograph shops. (e) Processing of food products and pharmaceuticals, but not including the production of fish or meat products, sauerkraut, vinegar, or refining of fats and oils. (f) Manufacture, assembly, processing or packaging of products from previously prepared materials, such as cloth, plastic, paper, leather, precious or semi - precious metals or stones, but not including such operations as saw and planing mills, or any manufacturing uses involving primary production of wood, metal, or chemical products from raw materials. (g) Warehousing, and wholesale distribution and storage facilities. (h) Television and radio studios and stations, but not including transmission and reception towers. (i) Indoor building materials sales establishments. (j) Combined retail and wholesale office equipment stores and accessory office supply sales. (k) Floor covering stores and furniture stores. (1) Appliance stores, including appliance repair o service appurtenant or incidental thereto. (m) Business and industrial supply, maintenance and service establishments.
