A • REg;9/30/64 -7 <br /> O R D I N A N C E N O. 1130.4 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 18.2 AND 18.4 OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE, RELATING TO USES PERMITTED IN THE <br /> INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 18.2 of Ordinance No. 1130, the <br /> Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 18.2 Permitted Uses. The following struc- <br /> tures and uses are permitted in the IP District: <br /> (a) Administrative offices. <br /> (b) Research, experimental, film or testing laboratories. <br /> (c) Manufacture of precision instruments and devices, <br /> such as electric and electronic equipment and <br /> appliances. <br /> (d) Printing, publishing or lithograph shops. <br /> (e) Processing of food products and pharmaceuticals, <br /> but not including the production of fish or meat <br /> products, sauerkraut, vinegar, or refining of <br /> fats and oils. <br /> (f) Manufacture, assembly, processing or packaging of <br /> products from previously prepared materials, such <br /> as cloth, plastic, paper, leather, precious or <br /> semi - precious metals or stones, but not including <br /> such operations as saw and planing mills, or any <br /> manufacturing uses involving primary production of <br /> wood, metal, or chemical products from raw materials. <br /> (g) Warehousing, and wholesale distribution and storage <br /> facilities. <br /> (h) Television and radio studios and stations, but not <br /> including transmission and reception towers. <br /> (i) Indoor building materials sales establishments. <br /> (j) Combined retail and wholesale office equipment <br /> stores and accessory office supply sales. <br /> (k) Floor covering stores and furniture stores. <br /> (1) Appliance stores, including appliance repair o <br /> service appurtenant or incidental thereto. <br /> (m) Business and industrial supply, maintenance <br /> and service establishments. <br />
