Section 60.2.3 is hereby added to Ordinance No. <br /> 1130, the Redwood City zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.2.3 The following described real property <br /> situate in the vicinity of 1419 -1421 Kentfield Avenue is, <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, hereby zoned to <br /> the R -3 (Multifamily -Low Density) zoning district: <br /> The front 225 feet measured at right angles to Kent- <br /> field Avenue, being fifty feet in width, of the northwesterly <br /> front and rear measurements of Lot 3 in Block D as designated <br /> on the map entitled "Woodside Acres Map No. 1 San Mateo County - <br /> California" which map was filed in the office of the Recorder <br /> of the County of San Mateo, State of California on May 18, 1923 <br /> in Liber 11 of maps at pages 34 and 35•" <br /> SECTION 2.
