REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, <br /> REZONING PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF UPLAND <br /> ROAD AND HILLCREST DRIVE TO THE R -H DISTRICT <br /> • <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.2.7 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.2'.7 The following described real property, <br /> situate in the vicinity of Upland Road and Hillcrest Drive, <br /> is, pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, hereby zoned <br /> to the R -H (Residential- Hillside) zoning district: <br /> A portion of Lot 9, Block 18, and portions of Hillcrest <br /> Drive and Upland Road, as said lot, block and streets are <br /> designated in that map entitled "Oak Knoll Manor" recorded <br /> May 10, 1916, in Book 10 of Maps at pages 4 to 11, inclusive, <br /> being more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of said Lot 9, <br /> said corner being an angle point in the corporate limit line <br /> of the City of Redwood City as established by Ordinance No. <br /> 580 dated July 19, 1947; THENCE North 32° 50' West along <br /> the northeasterly line of said Lot 9, said line also being the <br /> said corporate limit line of. the City of Redwood City a dis- <br /> tance of 145.34 feet to the southerly line of Upland Road, <br /> 40.00 feet in width, said southerly line being a curve of <br /> radius 103.14 feet, said line also being the corporate limit <br /> line of the City of Redwood City as established by Ordinance <br /> No. 690 dated January 7, 1952; THENCE westerly along said <br /> southerly line of Upland Road, concave right, through a <br /> central angle of 28° 04' 32" an arc length of 50.54 feet to <br /> a point of reverse curvature, said point being the beginning <br /> of a curve of radius 55.53 feet; THENCE westerly along said <br /> curve, concave left, through a central angle of 19° 27' 36" <br /> an arc length of 18.86 feet; THENCE North 24° 13' 24" West <br /> a distance of 20.00 feet to the centerline of said Upland <br /> Road, said centerline being a curve of radius 75.53 feet; <br /> THENCE southwesterly along said curve and leaving said <br /> corporate limit line of the City of Redwood City, concave <br /> left, through a central angle of 19° 27' 36" an are length of <br /> 25.65 feet to a point, said point being in the centerline of <br /> Hillcrest Drive, 40.00 feet in width; THENCE South 46 °19' West <br /> along said centerline of Hillcrest Drive a distance of 47.90 <br /> feet; THENCE South 32° 02' East a distance of 20.42 feet <br /> to a point, said point being in the southeasterly line of <br /> Hillcrest Drive, said point also being an angle point in the <br /> corporate limit line of the City of Redwood City as established <br /> by Ordinance No. 753 dated December 7, 1953; THENCE continuing <br /> South 32° 02' East along said corporate limit line a distance <br /> of 182.81 feet to the southeasterly line of said Lot 9, said <br /> line also being the corporate limit line as established by <br /> said Ordinance No. 580; THENCE North 45° 08' 30" East along <br /> said southeasterly line of Lot 9 and said corporate limit line <br /> a distance of 142.11 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />
