REG:yc:11 /19/64 -7 <br /> O R D I N A N C E NO. 1130.12 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.2.4 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130, <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING PROPERTY <br /> IN THE VICINITY OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND WOODSIDE ROAD TO <br /> THE R -2 (RESIDENTIAL DUPLEX) ZONING DISTRICT <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.2.4 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.2.4 The following described real property, <br /> situate in the vicinity of Central Avenue and Woodside Road, <br /> is, pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, hereby zoned <br /> to the R -2 (Residential- Duplex) zoning district: <br /> Lots 9 and 10 of Roussell Subdivision of a portion <br /> of McEvoy Tract." <br /> SECTION 2.
