REG:yc:12 /1/64 -7 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /A3 ./3 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.3.3 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130, <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING PROPERTY <br /> IN THE VICINITY OF SPRUCE STREET, BETWEEN CHEW STREET <br /> AND HILTON STREET, TO THE R -3 (MULTIFAMILY - LOW <br /> DENSITY) ZONING DISTRICT <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 60.3.3 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, <br /> 1964, to read as follows: <br /> "Section 60.3.3 The following described real property, <br /> situate in the vicinity of Spruce Street, between Chew <br /> Street and Hilton Street, is, pursuant to the provisions <br /> of Article 41, hereby zoned to the R -3 (MULTIFAMILY - LOW <br /> DENSITY) zoning district: <br /> "(a) Lots 1 through 6 of Block 38 of, Lots 1 through <br /> 6 of Block 37 of, and Lots 1 through 6 of Block 36 <br /> of, the Eastern Addition Subdivision. <br /> "(b) Lots 5 through 19 of Block 2 of the Stambaugh <br /> Street Addition Subdivision." <br /> SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> its adoption. <br />
