I 13©. /7 ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.1.3 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING PROPERTY KNOWN AS "OAK KNOLL ANNEXATION NO. 2" TO THE RH ZONING DISTRICT • THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 60.1.3 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, to read as follows: "Section 60.1.3 The following described real property, F ' known as "Oak Knoll Annexation No. 2," pursuant to the pro- visions of Article 41, is hereby zoned to the RH (RESIDENTIAL — HILLSIDE) zoning district: All of Lots 5 and 6, a portion of Lot 7, all of said lots being in Block 30, and a portion of Oak Knoll Drive, as said lots, block and street are designated on that map entitled "Oak Knoll Manor" recorded May 10, 1916, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California* in Book 10 of Maps at pages 4 to 11, inclusive, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 5, said corner also being an angle point in the Corporate Limit Line of the City of Redwood City as established by Ordinance ?76 dated September 3, 1954; THENCE South 27° 50' East along the northeasterly lines of said Lots 5, 6 and 7, said line also being the said Corporate Limit Line, a distance of 666.03 feet; THENCE South 46° 46' West along the Corporate Limit Line of the City of Redwood City as established by Ordinance 1142 dated June 15, 1964, a • distanco of 279 ° 91 feet to a point in ,the centerline of said Oak Knoll Drive* 40.00 feet in width, said point being in a curve of radius 318.64 feet, a radial line to said point bears North 56° 05' 55" East; THENCE along said centerline of Oak Knoll Drive and along said curve, concave left, through a central angle of 6° 54' 55" an arc length of 38,46 4. feet; THENCE North 40 491 West a distance of 269.52 feet. t n of a curve of the beginning a point said point being g o P , P g radius 73.10 feet; THENCE along said curve, concave right, through a central angle of 44 08' an arc length of 56.31 feet; THENCE North 3. 19' East a distance of 137.23 feet • to a point, said point being the beginning of a curve of radius 115.51 feet; THENCE along said curve, concave left, through a central angle of 48° 12' an arc length of 97.17 feet to a point, a radial line to said point bears North 45° 07' East; THENCE North 45° 07' East a distance of 20.00 feet to the westerly corner of said Lot 5, said corner being in the northeasterly line of Oak Knoll Drive and also being an angle point in the said Corporate Limit Line as established by Ordinance ?76; THENCE • • North 43° 06' East along the northwesterly line of said Lot 5 and said Corporate Limit Line a distance of 250.00 feat to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its adoption. ■
