• REG:yc:3 /1/65 -7 • O R D I N A N C E NO. //30'/ ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.1.2 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, REZONING PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF CANYON LANE, KNOWN AS "OAK KNOLL ANNEXATION NO. 3," TO THE RH ZONING DISTRICT THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 60.1.2 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, to read as follows: "Section 60.1.2 The following described real prop- erty, situate in the vicinity of Canyon Lane, known as 'Oak Knoll Annexation No. 3, is, pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, hereby zoned to the RH (RESIDENTIAL- HILLSIDE) zoning district: "A portion of Lots 3 and 5, Block 29, as said lots and block are shown on that map entitled 'Oak Knoll Manor,' recorded May 10, 1916, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in Book 10 of Maps at pages 4 to 11, inclusive, and a portion of Canyon Lane as said road is shown on that map entitled 'Emerald Lake Park Map No. 4, recorded May 12, 1920, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in Book 10 of Maps at page 32, being more particularly described as follows: "BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of Canyon Lane, 20.00 feet and 30.00 feet in width, with the Corporate City Limit Line as established by Ordinance No. 688, dated November 19, 1951; THENME South 45 ° 08'30" West along said corporate limit line, said line also being the southeasterly line of said Oak Knoll Manor Subdivision, a distance of 401.84 feet; THENCE North 44 ° 51'30" West across said Lot 5 a distance of 238.52 feet; THENCE North 42 ° 38'30" East a distance of 57.14 feet to the southwesterly line of Canyon Lane; THENCE North 47 ° 21'30" West a distance of 20.00 feet to the Corporate Limit Line of the City of Redwood City as established by Ordinance No. 1142, dated June 15, 1964; THENCE Northeasterly and Easterly along said corporate limit line to the POINT OF BEGINNING." SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its adoption.
