P- 247 <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HASA, INC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1 Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on <br /> April 13 2011, on the question of approval of the lease <br /> agreement hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 <br /> the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the <br /> City of Redwood City does hereby approve that certain lease agreement entitled <br /> "Lease Agreement .. HASA, Inc." (the "Lease Agreement ") by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners <br /> ( "Port") and HASA, Inc. ("Tenant "), which Lease Agreement provides that the <br /> premises which are subject to the Lease Agreement (the "Premises ") are located <br /> at 111 Hinman Road (appr. 11,500 sq. ft.) and 101 Hinman Road (appr. 9,008 <br /> sq. ft.), in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br /> consisting of 20,508 square feet (more or less) and all facilities located thereon, <br /> which Premises are generally described and depicted on Attachment "A," <br /> attached hereto, and shall be used for the purpose of receiving, storing and <br /> distributing packaged chlorine bleach and muriatic acid for swimming pool <br /> maintenance. The term of the Lease Agreement is Four (4) years. The rent <br /> during the first year of the Lease Agreement is $3,240 per calendar month, with <br /> Port 1 <br /> HASA, Inc. <br /> 04/08/11 <br />
