(Public Work) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the public work hereinafter described was completed in the City of Redwood City and accepted by City Council on June 11, 2012 and that the public work above referred to is the following: Sanitary Sewer and Water Replacement Project p� (Redwood Avenue, Norman Court, and Ebener Street) That the name and address of the owner of the aforesaid public work is the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, P.O. Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is the replacement of approximately 735 linear feet of 6-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sewer main with new 8-inch polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC), 4,210 linear feet of 8-inch VCP sewer main with new 10-inch PVC, and 375 linear feet of 2-inch water main along Norman Court with 8-inch PVC.
