Developer is the owner of that certain real property in the City of Redwood <br /> City, County of San Mateo, California (the "City") located at 2580 EI Camino Real, as <br /> more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference (the "Property"). <br /> B. The Planning Commission for the City of Redwood City approved a <br /> Planned Development Permit and Modification of Parking Requirement and Vesting <br /> Tentative Map for the development of the 2580 EI Camino Real Residential Project, <br /> which approvals were upheld by the City Council (the "Project"). <br /> C. Execution and recordation of this Affordable Housing Agreement, requiring <br /> five (5) residential units comprised of four (4) one-bedroom units and one (1) two- <br /> bedroom units to be affordable to persons and families of inedian income as defined in <br /> Health Safety Code Section 50093, against the Project is a condition of approval <br /> ("Condition") of the Project is: <br /> D. Developer has agreed to meet the Condition by providing four one- <br /> bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit, of comparable size and quality to other units <br /> in the Project, available as affordable units in accordance with this Agreement (the <br /> "Affordable Units"). <br /> E.
