P- 255 <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING FIRST <br /> AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> (International Materials,Inc.) <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section l. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on <br /> September 26 , 2012, on the question of approval of the first amendment to the <br /> lease agreement hereinafter described and, pursuant to the provisions of Section 48a the <br /> Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Boazd of Port Commissioners of the City of <br /> Redwood City does hereby approve that certain first amendment to the lease agreement <br /> entitled "Lease Agreement — International Materials, Inc." by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of Califomia, acting by and through <br /> its Boazd of Port Commissioners ("Landlord") and International Materials, Inc. <br /> ("Tenant"), and approved by the Boazd of Port Commissioners on November 24, 2010 <br /> (the "Lease"), which Lease provides that the leased premises shall be used by Tenant <br /> during the term of the Lease for the purpose of storing, handling and distributing bulk <br /> materials such as bauxite, gypsum, slag and other such materials used in the <br /> manufacturing of cement all subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions therein <br /> contained, and which first amendment to said Lease provides for the temporary rental on <br /> a month to month basis of a certain area of appro�cimately 1.84 acres located at 4'75 <br /> Seaport Blvd. at a monthly rental of$8,000.00 for the purpose of also handling, storing <br /> and distributing bauxite ore and no other purpose, a copy of which first amendment said <br /> osi�ti�2 � <br /> IMI <br /> FXS:fs <br /> ��� <br /> S�a� <br />
