Superintendent Centeno explained that the
City has been handling all check payments and accepting donations for
Tis the Season. She stated that Tis the Season is requesting that they
open their own checking account with the remaining funds and handle
all future payment and deposit functions for their group.
Ms. Ball stated that this year the group is looking at using a
professional advertising company to handle the publicity for the event.
