P- 258 <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CENTRAL CONCRETE SUPPLY CO. INC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on <br /> November 13, 2013, on the question of approval of the lease agreement <br /> hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 the Charter <br /> of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of <br /> Redwood City does hereby approve that certain lease agreement entitled "Lease <br /> Agreement — Central Concrete." (the "Lease Agreement") by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners. <br /> ("Port") and Central Concrete Supply Co. Inc. (�Tenantn), which Lease <br /> Agreement provides that the premises which are subject to the Lease Agreement <br /> (the "Premises") are located at 635 Seaport Blvd., in the City of Redwood City, <br /> County of San Mateo, State of California, consisting of 1.47 acres (more or less) <br /> and all facilities located thereon, which Premises are generally described and <br /> depicted on Attachment "A,n attached hereto, and shalt be used for the purpose <br /> of receipt and distribution by truck of Ready Mix cement aggregates and building <br /> materials and processing and storing said Ready Mix cement and aggregates <br /> and building materials.
