P- 259 <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BOXER INDUSTRIES, INC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on <br /> February 12, 2014, on the question of approval of the lease <br /> � <br /> agreement hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 <br /> the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the <br /> City of Redwood City does hereby approve that certain lease agreement entitled <br /> "Lease Agreement — Boxer Industries, Inc." (the "Lease Agreement") by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners ("Port") and Boxer Industries, Inc. ("Tenant"), which Lease <br /> Agreement provides that the premises which are subject to the Lease Agreement <br /> (the "Premises") are located at 775 Seaport Blvd., in the City of Redwood City, <br /> County of San Mateo, State of California, consisting of 0.67 acres (more or less) <br /> and all facilities located thereon, which Premises are generally described and <br /> depicted on Attachment "A," attached hereto, and shall be used for the purpose <br /> of operating a pilot plant using natural gas to produce sample quantities of <br /> carbon black; shipping, storing in containers, handling, and distributing carbon <br /> black powder and pellets..
