1. Scope of Services. <br /> Youth Leadership Institute will: <br /> • Support a minimum of six {6) Friday Night Live ("FNL"} chapters with <br /> technical assistance in Redwood City/North Fair Oaks ("NFU"). <br /> • Conduct 12 trainings for 12 FNL adult staff in 4 Redwood City/NFO <br /> locations to increase and improve their use and implementation of <br /> evidence-based Standards of Practice (SOP) in their work with youth. <br /> Outcomes will be measured through a pre- and post- FNL Youth <br /> Development Survey which shall be conducted and completed by YLI. <br /> • Conduct ane 3-part Friday Night Live Regional Training Series designed <br /> to provide success for the youth-led prajects of RWC/NFO youth groups <br /> and initiatives in collaboration with adult allies from the Prevention <br /> Partnership. <br /> • Work with staff at John W. Gardner Center to identify indictors of <br /> success and develop/ implement evaluation plan for tracking success <br /> and impact of all of the above-mentioned projects. <br /> • YLI staff will attend monthly Prevention Partnership Steering Committee <br /> meetings. <br /> � Ensure appropriate San Mateo County reporting and data collection <br /> requirements are met including but not limited to entering and <br /> maintaining monthly CaIUMS records. <br /> 2. Standard of Performance. While performing the Services, Consultant will <br /> exercise the reasonable professional care and skill custamarily exercised by reputable <br /> members of Consultant's profession practicing in the urban Northern California Area, <br /> and will use reasonable diligence and best judgment while exercising its professional <br /> skill and expertise. <br /> 3. Term.
