COPY � � <br /> SECTION 8. YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> — INTEREST. For purposes of the Ordinance, the Yacht Harbor Dredging and <br /> Rehabilitation Project refers to that certain agreement by and between the State of <br /> California Department of Boating and Waterways and the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, acting by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners, dated January 20, 1992. The sum of Nineteen Thousand One <br /> Hundred Two dollars ($19,102) is hereby appropriated from surplus Port funds for <br /> payment of interest during the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015, and the <br /> expenditure of said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. <br /> SECTION 9. YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> - PRINCIPAL. The sum of Thirty Four Thousand Five Hundred Forty Six dollars <br /> ($34,546) is hereby appropriated from surplus Port funds for the payment of principal <br /> pursuant to the Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project during Fiscal Year <br /> July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015, and the expenditure of said sum for such purpose is <br /> hereby authorized. <br /> SECTION 10. REVENUE BONDS SERIES 2012 INTEREST. For purposes of <br /> this Ordinance, "Revenue Bonds Series 2012" refers to those bonds authorized, issued <br /> and outstanding pursuant to Resolution No. P-2178 entitled "Resolution of the Board of <br /> Port Commissioners of the Port Department of the City of Redwood City Authorizing the <br /> Issuance of Revenue Bonds and the Execution and Delivery of a Second Supplemental <br /> Indenture and a Bond Purchase Agreement and Authorizing Certain Related Matters." <br /> The sum of Three Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine <br /> dollars ($386,499) is hereby appropriated from general Port funds for the payment of <br /> S�a���� <br /> Atty/Port <br /> Ord/06/11/14 4 of 6 Ord P-260 <br />
